So I’ve just found a video by Activa Films from 2012, for a love song by Frank Ocean. But it’s about a hospital delirium. It feels odd against the mood of the song, to me, but it’s pretty interesting. Especially the way they pull elements of reality into the hallucination.

And a few days ago I was in Durham, to discuss this project about hearing voices. Sylvia Plath’s Tulips was in the background of it all – I read a little bit of it out at the event; it’s such a perfect expression of hospital, of the drowning of identity in white sheets.
